This video art deals with the tensions of life and mortality. In this intimate exploration of the artist's relationship with her mother, using time-lapse long-exposure images of mother and daughter in sleep to capture unconscious movements and distance of the bodies. Chang used the film that expired in the same year their relationship got very complicated and intense, to photograph the dying process of the lily which is also her mother's favourite.
